As a consequence of the death of PRINCE MICHAEL ANDREEVICH, Vice President of the Romanov Family Association, Prince Nicholas Romanovich has asked the Committee of the Romanov Family Association to take the following decisions:

a) Elect as Vice President of the Romanov Family Association Committee Member Prince Michael Pavlovich, for the residual period of the present Committee's term, 2013.
b) Co-opt as Committee Member, Princess Natalie Nicolaevna, for the residual period of the present Committee's term.
c) Elect as Honorary Members of the Romanov Family Association: Princess Giulia, widow of Prince Michael Andreevich and Princess Marie, widow of Prince Alexander Nikitich.

By January 1, 2011, the proposals of the President of the Romanov Family Association was agreed to by the Committee of the Romanov Family Association.
Princess Natalia Nicolaevna has already accepted her co-optation as Committee member of the Romanov Family Association and Princesses Giulia and Marie have accepted their nomination as Honorary Members of the Romanov Family Association.
